These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of thedraculacastle.com. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service. thedraculacastle.com is not the official website of Bran Castle. We provide a ticket purchasing/booking service. When you place an order on thedraculacastle.com, you request that we secure admission tickets on your behalf from the attraction official operator or its official/authorized sales channels. We do not operate the attraction and we do not provide the visit itself.
2. Orders and availability. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If the requested ticket type, date, or time is unavailable, we may offer alternatives. If we cannot secure tickets and no alternative is accepted, we will cancel the order.
3. Prices and fees. Prices shown at checkout may include a service fee/commission for our concierge service (and any explicitly described ancillary services, if offered). Prices may differ from the official operator’s prices. You may choose to purchase directly from the official operator via bran-castle.com.
4. Visitor rules and entry. All tickets are subject to the rules and decisions of the attraction official operator, including safety rules, ID checks, eligibility requirements, security screening, capacity controls, and operational changes. The official operator may refuse entry or remove visitors for non-compliance or security reasons. We are not responsible for onsite operations or decisions of the attraction official operator.
5. Time slots and expedited access. If time slots are displayed, they generally represent your selected or preferred entry time and/or a time used to help manage bookings. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, time slots are indicative and entry remains subject to the attraction official operator rules and operational decisions, including last-minute changes, closures, or delays. If your purchase includes skip-the-line or expedited access, it only applies to what is explicitly described at purchase. It does not guarantee immediate entry and does not bypass security screening, ID checks, or capacity-controlled lines unless clearly stated.
6. Ticket delivery. Tickets are generally delivered electronically (for example by email) as a QR code, PDF, or booking confirmation, depending on the format issued by the attraction official operator or the sales channel used. Delivery details are described in our Shipping/Ticket Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for checking spam/junk folders.
7. Changes and cancellations. Tickets are often tied to a specific date/time and are governed by the attraction official operator policies. Changes or cancellations are usually not possible. If a change is possible, it is subject to the official operator’s conditions and any applicable fees.
8. Refunds. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. Please read our Refund Policy.
9. Website use. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse.
10. Intellectual property. Content and materials on thedraculacastle.com are owned by or licensed to Golgos ltd. Attraction names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by the acts or omissions of the attraction official operator, including closures, schedule changes, capacity limits, security procedures, or refusal of entry. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the total amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or an order shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration seated in Hong Kong, conducted in English, before one arbitrator, under arbitration rules commonly used in Hong Kong, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
13. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the website. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.
