Shipping / Ticket Delivery Policy

We do not ship physical goods. Tickets are delivered electronically.

1. Delivery method. After you place an order on thedraculacastle.com, we purchase/secure tickets on your behalf from the attraction official operator or its official/authorized sales channels. Tickets are typically delivered by email as a QR code, PDF e-ticket, booking confirmation, or link, depending on the format issued. In some cases, the official operator may require onsite ticket pickup or an ID check; if so, we will share the instructions we receive.

2. Delivery timing. Delivery timing varies depending on availability and the issuance process. Some tickets are delivered shortly after purchase, while others are delivered closer to the visit date/time. For last-minute bookings, delivery may occur close to your selected time.

3. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, checking spam/junk folders, and ensuring you can present the ticket at entry (on a mobile device or printed, as permitted). If the official operator requires the name on the booking to match an ID, you must provide accurate visitor details.

4. Missing delivery. If you have not received your ticket/confirmation, contact info@thedraculacastle.com with your order details. We will resend or provide an alternative delivery method where possible. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact details, email filtering, or issues outside our reasonable control.

5. No physical shipping fees. Because delivery is electronic, there are no physical shipping fees and no delivery to a street address.
