Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to orders placed on thedraculacastle.com.
1. No refunds as a rule. Because we provide a ticket purchasing/booking service for leisure activities often scheduled for a specific date/time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations, except where expressly agreed by us in writing.
2. Limited exceptions. We may consider a remedy only in limited situations such as a duplicate charge for the same order, or if we cannot deliver any valid ticket/confirmation and cannot resolve the issue. If a refund is approved, it is normally issued to the original payment method where possible.
3. Closures and operator decisions. Closures, schedule changes, entry refusals, security restrictions, capacity limits, and rule changes are decisions of the attraction official operator and are governed by the official operator’s policies. We are not responsible for these decisions. If the official operator provides a remedy to ticket holders, you may need to follow the official operator’s process.
4. How to request help. Contact info@thedraculacastle.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. If we can assist, we will respond with the available options.
5. Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may delay resolution and may affect our ability to support the order.
